ADIG has completed the last component of a recent core operating platform transition undertaken to ensure continued platform stability.
This means that online statements are now available for access under the ADIG Online portal making it easier for our clients to access their information.
Statements will now be uploaded and visible from the 5th day of each month on an ongoing basis.
It is important to remember that individuals will only have access to statements relating to their own accounts under the online portal.
In the situation where an individual is a signatory on a business account (for example on a school or parish account), online access is required via the business entity to ensure visibility of online statements for accounts held under the name of the business.
