Management

Grant Devine

Chief Executive Officer

Master of Business Administration, Bachelor of Business (Management and Marketing), Graduate Certificate in Business, Fellow of Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Grant has over 38 years of banking and finance experience working with listed banks, mutual banks and credit unions. His most recent role was Chief Executive Officer of customer-owned QBANK for nine years. Grant has a passion for organisations that are community focussed and make a difference. Grant is looking forward to adding value to ADIG and supporting its values and mission.

Andrew Draney

Chief Financial Officer

Master of Applied Finance, Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting), Chartered Accountant

Andrew has over 15 years of experience as a senior financial manager across the Building and Construction, Financial Services and Investment Management industries. His most recent position was the Deputy Chief Financial Officer of the GPT group. Andrew was also previously the General Manager – Finance of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia’s Institutional and Business Bank. Andrew has significant experience in Financial Control, Capital Management, Treasury , Deal Structuring, Business Analysis and Strategy Development. Andrew is a resident of Armidale having moved his family from Sydney in 2017 and has a passion for Ancient History and being actively involved within the community.

Craig Archer

Chief Operating Officer

Certified Practising Accountant, Bachelor of Financial Administration

Craig has over 18 years of financial services experience working within firms, credit unions, and mutual banks. He brings with him in-depth knowledge of the operations of the finance industry having spent a number of years managing the finance department of Regional Australia Bank, a large regionally based customer owned bank. Craig has lived in Armidale for over 10 years with strong ties to the local community and schools in the Diocese.
